system or hardware designs, OtterSupport cannot
guarantee successful results in all instances. However,
OtterSupport agrees not to charge for unsuccessful
results. If the customer insists that OtterSupport
attempt a remedy where OtterSupport is not reasonably
certain of the outcome, no refund for the attempt may
be offered. Refund legitimacy will be left to the
descretion of the technician. We aim to please and
stake our business success on your satisfaction.
2. OtterSupport goes out of its way to protect your
personal information within the law. You agree not to
hold OtterSupport.com or the Small Businessman
responsible for any and all security leaks stemming
from your computer.
3. Customers may not demand any compensation for data
lost or damaged at any time beyond the amount paid for
services. There will be no refunds for equipment that
may be purchased by OtterSupport on your behalf unless
agreed upon by OtterSupport.com.
